Separate underrun protection and lighting support

Underrun protection and lighting supports are mounted in a protected manner and can be replaced individually.

Front wall

The front wall is aerodynamically shaped. The coupling supports provide light and air connections on two levels.

Roller shutter

The rail-compatible roller shutter is space-saving and facilitates handling at the ramp.

Side walls with keyhole plates

In the steel smooth-wall box variant with clinched steel cassettes, the Dry Liner is equipped with keyhole plates as standard. This interior equipment can also be combined with other load securing elements, e.g. double-deck guide rails and / or rod lashing rails.

Kick strip and drainage system

Elevated lateral, double-walled kick strips protect the walls of the superstructure from damage by the forklift or the load. An outflow is incorporated below the keyhole plate to avoid build up of debris.

Front wall protection

The front wall of the Dry Liner is lined on the inside with screen printing plates and thus offers protection against damage.

Flashing side position lamps

Flashing side position lamps are fitted to prevent accidents when turning. It becomes much easier for pedestrians and cyclists to see when the HGV is about to turn.

Premium reversing camera

The premium reversing camera increases safety when manoeuvring and makes the driver's job easier.

Long hgv operation

With its wheelbase and self-steering axle, the two-axle Dry Liner is predestined for use in the long hgv type 3.
