Ease for the driver
Open or closed in just 30 seconds: the quick-release tarpaulin with micro stanchions on the Profi Liner Comfort. Ergonomic and quick opening is also the order of the day with the central hydraulic lifting roof. This makes the Profi Liner Comfort a joker not only for automotive loaders but also for beverage transport, with the relevant load securing certificates as standard.

Simply inimitable
The lifting roof allows loading up to under the crossbars. The lifting height from the driving position is 600 mm. In addition, a body height reduced by 100 mm can be set for driving operation. The lifting roof is operated hydropneumatically via a central pump, whereby the desired side can be preselected separately.

As a further load securing option, 28 pairs of lashing rings are standard. These are recessed into the outer frame at even intervals.
The running rail on the side of the outer frame has three functions: Safe guidance of the Comfort tarpaulin, pallet stop and forklift collision protection. The running rail is segmented so that individual elements can be replaced in the event of damage.
For quick adjustment to a reduced structure height, the tarpaulin can be gathered at the bottom using expander rubbers..
Micro stanchions are guided in rails at the top and bottom. This allows quick accessibility to the goods. All common load securing certificates are fulfilled.
A stopper on the running rail holds the opened tarpaulin in position.

The Profi Liner Comfort is available with two different tyres: for Mega tyres and 19.5-inch axles or with Profi Liner tyres and 22.5-inch axles.
