Krone Denkfabrik: Exchange of logistics experts

The Denkfabrik is an association of eight experts from the transportation and logistics industry (Dr. Frank Albers, Berit Börke, Anthony Wandt, Prof. Dr. Christian Kille, Oliver Detje, Johannes Berg, Axel Plaß, Wolfgang Thoma). With the Denkfabrik, Krone promotes the exchange of ideas to support the rapid further development of the industry. The Denkfabrik regularly brings entrepreneurs and experts to the table to talk about perspectives, ideas and opportunities.

At IAA Transportation 2022, Krone has set up a dedicated Denkfabrik area at its booth in Hall 27. Here, workshops, talks and discussions on future-relevant logistics and transportation topics will take place on each day of the trade show.

Frank Albers

Managing Director Sales & Marketing at Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone GmbH & Co.KG. Albers, who holds a doctorate in business administration, has been with Krone for over 20 years and, after holding management positions in marketing and sales, has been appointed to the Krone management board in 2018. In addition, Albers is active on the boards of Logistics Alliance Germany e.V. and Profi - Pro Fahrer Image e.V..

Berit Börke

CEO & Founder of the consulting company PARTNER FOR PIONEERS GmbH, with which she wants to help improve the image of the logistics industry, among other topics. The graduate economist worked in research and science and held leading positions in the transport and logistics industry for 20 years before founding her own company in 2020.

Oliver Detje

Publishing Director of DVV Media Group. The marketing communications graduate has been with the Hamburg-based publishing house for 22 years and was previously head of the advertising department. The DVV Media Group produces trade media as well as electronic offerings and hosts trade and industry events.

Johannes Berg

Managing Director of the Digital Hub Logistics in Hamburg. He has previously worked in company and political consulting, headed the TÜV Nord Group's representative concern in Brussels, and managed research and innovation projects, among other activities.

Axel Plaß

Managing principal shareholder of the Zippel Group. The trained farmer studied education and then joined Konrad Zippel Spediteur GmbH & Co KG in 1990. He is President of the DSLV-Deutscher Speditions- und Logistikverband e.V. (German Freight Forwarders and Logistics Association) and Deputy Chairman of the Verein Hamburger Spediteure (VHSp).

Wolfgang Thoma

Managing partner of the forwarding company Ansorge GmbH & Co. KG. He is a trained lawyer. As an entrepreneur, Thoma is a pioneer in the field of electromobility: together with partners, he developed the purely electric tractor unit "ELIAS".

Christian Kille

Professor of Retail Logistics and Operations Management at the University of Würzburg-Schweinfurt. After completing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at FAU Erlangen, he also earned his doctorate there. Kille is a co-initiator of Logistikweisen and a member of professional juries, including the Logistics Hall Of Fame.

Anthony Wandt

Since 2016, managing partner of Wandt Spedition Transportberatung GmbH, which offers contract, warehousing and personnel logistics as well as cargo, system and general cargo transport, among other services. He took over the company together with his sister Aline and is now pushing ahead with the digital transformation of the company.
